🌟普拉提 Pilates🌟Pilatesr Posture矯正體姿

This Pilates Pilates class that’s targeted toward those who spend their days working at a desk, working on a computer, or hunched over a phone. This 50-minute reformer Pilates class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the back, glutes, and hamstrings, while opening up the tight chest, shoulder, and hip flexor muscles that are stiffened by work at a computer, and that contribute to poor posture.

  • All participants in Reformer Pilates classes are required to wear non-slip grip socks.

此普拉提核心床課堂鍛鍊針對的是那些整天在辦公桌前工作、使用電腦或彎腰看手機的人。這項 50 分鐘的普拉提改善訓練重點在於加強背部、臀部和腿筋的肌肉,同時打開因使用電腦而變得僵硬並導致不良姿勢的緊繃的胸部、肩部和髖屈肌。
